I really love it in some ways, but also really hate it in other ways. Let's start with the good stuff.
The design of Daredevil is fucking awesome, and so are the action scenes. Sure, the CGI is obvious - but it works for me. Not as bad as in Blade II at least, so I do not complain. Bullseye is awesome in this movie, and the actor who plays him fits the role perfect; and he really seems to enjoy it to the fullest. And oh man... Michael Clarke Duncan as Kingpin is fucking badass. I am a bit against changing characters' appearances when it's in live action, but... I sort of digress here. Sort of.
Then let us talk about the bad stuff. I hate how they make Bullseye turn out to be pathetic in the end as he asks Daredevil for mercy. I hate the extremely bland main character, and I hate the extremely shallow love based on attractiveness. Oh, and I freakin' hate Electra so damn much here. She is a fucking moron who not only pretends way too hard and contrived Daredevil killed his father - but she also believes vengeance will solve everything, and never learns it really doesn't - Daredevil needs to shove it up her face he is innocent so she will get it? Fuck that, I really hate that kind of bullshit.

I know the movie might have more problems, but... I do not really care. If they just had completely removed the god damn love interest, and if they did not make Bullseye look pathetic in the end - I would have considered this movie to be one of THE best superhero movies out there. Easily on the top 10 superhero movie list. I would have been giving it a 10 of 10, seriously. Buuut now with these two problems that bothered me SOOOO much even the first time I watched it, I would say 7 of 10... to the cinematic release. The Director's Cut (which I own on DVD) is a 8 of 10. Trust me - it IS better than the cinematic release... without question. Hope this explained my mixed feelings about the movie properly. :)
