I never understood why Quiddich needed regular balls to score points...why would you need them if the single golden ball is 150 points and the game ends if you catch it? Why not just have the game centered around catching the single golden ball with the players fighting each other to get it? What's the point of a KEEPER? It makes NO SENSE!
I think the fan fiction "Harry Potter and the Methods of Rationality" had the best explanation about the magic golden ball thing. The theory was that it was just an edition so some king's (or some form of high power in the wizard world, probably minister) brat of a child could play in it and win, even though he was terrible with the whole putting the regular balls in the hoops and avoid the balls that were trying to kill the players.
I seem to recall more circles coming with Belle last time. We have three here (Including Belle), Tom's been here the whole time, and Ed stayed behind because he was just a garbage boy. *checks first Pigwarts* Hm. I guess it was jst the five of them.
BTW, how much time has passed in-comic since the last mini-session?
