Designing a New Character - ANGELby *simpleCOMICS

Please forgive all the typos. This is what happens when I don't proof it before posting. I'm a typo-maniac on the first draft.

I mentioned in the artist comments of an earlier comic in "An Aquarius Thanksgiving" about the fact that I had a lot of trouble designing this particular character. Well today, the 20th person asked me to see the other designs so I decided to give the people what they want. (Although I'm surprised. I didn't think you guys cared about the behind-the-scenes stuff.)

I actually had about fifty different variations, but these are the highlights of the process I went through.

And yes, Angel will be a new main character in December.

Most of them aren't this difficult actually. It's because I needed her to be "attractive" is why this particular character was so hard. Most of the time I get one I like in four steps or less.

Psh thats nothing. You shouldve seen all the stages I went through in designing my character Kirb Hysteria. And trust, there were alot.
